Mueller’s first indictments should make Trump ecstatic

This week’s announcement that special counsel Robert Mueller produced a federal indictment against Paul Manafort and his associate Rick Gates has Democrats calling it a bombshell.

In truth, President Trump is probably ecstatic that the concerted efforts of 17 federal prosecutors and many months of investigation turned up absolutely nothing that includes the name of the president or any tampering with the past election.

Of course, news sources like Huffington Post and Salon see these indictments as proof that President Trump is in deep trouble. Matthew Rozsa of Salon writes that President Trump may be publicly claiming to be unfazed by the Mueller indictments, but the infamous ‘unnamed sources’ in the White House say Trump is privately apprehensive about what might happen next.

Rozsa writes:

“’The walls are closing in. Everyone is freaking out,’ one senior Republican told The Washington Post. Trump was reported to be personally upset at the possibility that the Mueller probe will start to look into his private financial matters and was generally annoyed that the focus on the investigation distracted public attention from his policy initiatives like tax reform.”

The truth is this: Mueller has now proven that his investigation is a fishing expedition that has nothing to do with what the Justice Department commissioned him to do, and the President knows it.

Paul Manafort was targeted by Mueller months ago because, as a top Republican strategist, he had a well-known track record of working for foreign politicians. He was campaign manager for Trump, but only for a brief time after his business dealings in Ukraine came under intense scrutiny.

Manafort and his associate, Richard W. Gates, have been charged with conspiring to conceal from the U.S. government that they may have been unregistered foreign agents for Ukraine, and may have taken part in a money-laundering conspiracy. Manafort has pled not guilty to these alleged crimes which are very far removed from the 2016 election.

In spite of what the mainstream media portrays, the charges themselves are not a slam dunk, and even if proven have no connection to President Trump or any supposed Russian collusion tainting our electoral system.

Andrew C. McCarthy, writing for The National Review, says:

“Do not be fooled by the ‘Conspiracy against the United States’ heading on Count One (page 23 of the indictment). This case has nothing to do with what Democrats and the media call ‘the attack on our democracy’ (i.e., the Kremlin’s meddling in the 2016 election, supposedly in ‘collusion’ with the Trump campaign).”

Manafort’s indictment is really a huge win for Trump. He is not a longtime friend of the president, and did not have the kind of personal connection normally expected in a campaign manager. Manafort was brought into the campaign because of his experience in dealing with party infighting going back to the Ford-Reagan fight in 1976, and he left the post after only a few months.

More importantly, there is nothing in the indictment that relates to the 2016 election, then-candidate Trump, or anyone in his inner circle.

What is most telling is what the indictment does not include.  What the indictment fails to do is put the president of the United States in any legal peril. In spite of initial glee from Democrats, Mueller’s first effort is not remotely the direct hit they are wishing it was.

Manafort’s work for the Trump campaign is not even mentioned in the indictment. Few see Manafort as having clean hands in his own business dealings in Ukraine and other countries, but none of those intersect with the Oval Office in any way.

Collusion isn’t a federal crime, and it’s likely Trump’s base will not be swayed even if proven. But the very idea of such is a fairy tale was invented by a desperate Hillary Clinton to salvage her election hopes. The irony is, as President Trump has pointed out, Clinton, Mueller, and other Democrats may very soon come to wish they had not pointed the spotlight on shady business dealings with Russia.

From President Trump’s perspective, the indictment is a gift.  Republicans can now point out that the special counsel has no case for collusion. Former FBI director James Comey’s multiple assurances that Trump is not a suspect to this point have proven to be true.  Additionally, Mueller’s prosecutorial overreach is exactly what Trump has called it – a witch hunt.

Is President Trump annoyed by all the unnecessary distraction? No doubt. But afraid of a fight? At this point he may relish it.

Mueller’s continued war on America…

Mueller's continued war on America

Robert Mueller is waging war on Donald Trump and the American people.

The special counsel took his Russia probe to the next level by indicting Trump aides and signaling he wants them to help him incriminate the President.

But Donald Trump has one ace up his sleeve that could shut Mueller down for good.

Even after the indictments of former campaign manager Paul Manafort and his deputy Rick Gates, Mueller has yet to produce ANY evidence of collusion with Russia.

It is more than obvious Mueller’s probe is a fishing expedition designed to concoct any reason the swamp can find to impeach Trump and remove him from office.

But there is a way Trump can end this farce.

Writing in the Wall Street Journal, former Reagan administration officials David B. Rivkin Jr. and Lee A. Casey say that Trump could shut down the Mueller investigation by issuing a blanket pardon to anyone involved in the investigation.

They write:

“Mr. Trump can end this madness by immediately issuing a blanket presidential pardon to anyone involved in supposed collusion with Russia or Russians during the 2016 presidential campaign, to anyone involved with Russian acquisition of an American uranium company during the Obama administration, and to anyone for any offense that has been investigated by Mr. Mueller’s office. Political weaponization of criminal law should give way to a politically accountable democratic process. Nefarious Russian activities, including possible interference in U.S. elections, can and should be investigated by Congress.

Partisan bitterness will not evaporate if lawmakers take up the investigation. But at least those conducting the inquiry will be legitimate and politically accountable. And the question of whether Russia intervened in the 2016 election, and of whether it made efforts to influence U.S. policy makers in previous administrations, is first and foremost one of policy and national security, not criminal law.

The president himself would be covered by the blanket pardon we recommend, but the pardon power does not extend to impeachment. If Congress finds evidence that he was somehow involved in collusion with Russia, the House can determine whether to begin impeachment proceedings. Congress also is better equipped, as part of its oversight role, to determine whether and how the FBI, Justice Department and intelligence agencies might have been involved in the whole affair, including possible misuse of surveillance and mishandling of criminal investigations.”

Rivkin and Casey cite the blanket amnesty given out by President Washington after the Whiskey Rebellion, and Lincoln’s pardon to Confederates who had pledged their loyalty to the Union.

Mueller’s probe has been a partisan political hit job from day one.  Donald Trump would be well within his authority to shut this expensive nonsense down.

“Dirty cop” Robert Mueller now attempting desperate indictment to distract from Uranium One scandal and Hillary Clinton treason

This should give you a heads up on what’s coming this week from the lying mainstream media, which has proven again and again that it has no morals, no ethics, no dedication to facts and no interest in real journalism whatsoever.

Brace yourself for a barrage of fake news from the mainstream media which will be catapulted into your consciousness starting tomorrow. According to multiple news reports, the corrupt special counsel Robert Mueller has filed criminal charges stemming from his tainted investigation into people affiliated with the Trump administration. But this is all a deliberate distraction from the exploding Uranium One and Fusion GPS scandals, both of which are ensnaring not just Hillary Clinton but also James Comey and even Robert Mueller himself, who was head of the FBI when Clinton rubber stamped the selling of U.S. uranium supplies to Russia.

Over the last few days, for example, the US DOJ has granted approval for an FBI informant with detailed knowledge of the Clinton / Comey criminality to testify before the U.S. Senate. That testimony will be on the record in a few weeks, and it will result in criminal indictments against Obama era officials and Clinton cohorts who have been running a massive collusion cartel for at least the last eight years.

Now, it’s an all-out political war because Mueller, Comey, Hillary Clinton, Lynch and even Eric Holder know they are all going to be indicted for corruption and treason if they can’t destroy Trump and get him impeached.

Sean Hannity is spearheading much of the media coverage on all this, and he deserves some kind of Congressional Medal of Honor for taking so much enemy fire during all this… he’s practically a “war hero” at this point, at least as far as journalists can be war heroes.

The Gateway Pundit is also blazing a trail of amazing investigative journalism on all this, so much so that The Gateway Pundit has now become my No. 1 source for news on breaking scandals out of Washington D.C. We are sourcing their stories in many of the articles published at Clinton.news and Trump.news as well.

TGP has the very best coverage on the corruption and collusion of Robert Mueller, James Comey, Hillary Clinton and the whole gang of political mafia bosses. Here’s a recent TGP story that details the astonishing criminality of these operatives and how they collude and conspire to destroy their political enemies:

Robert Mueller continued with his now widely reported corrupt and criminal activities last night by leaking information sealed by the courts to CNN.  This is just another corrupt and criminal act in Mueller’s corrupt and criminal career.

Last night we found out from information leaked to CNN that the Mueller investigation has filed charges in the ongoing superfluous investigation into President Trump and the far out possibility that he colluded with Russia in the 2016 election.  CNN reported that:

A federal grand jury in Washington, DC, on Friday approved the first charges in the investigation led by special counsel Robert Mueller, according to sources briefed on the matter. The charges are still sealed under orders from a federal judge.

In typical bad cop form, former FBI Head and current Special Counsel Mueller proved again that he is as dirty as it gets.

Mueller’s career is littered with numerous investigations of major scandals and likely crimes that Mueller did not meaningfully investigate as FBI Director resulting in no arrests and no consequences.  All of these resulted in the Clintons and/or Obama Administration getting away with criminal activities:

IRS Targeting (2010-2013): the IRS intentionally selected and then delayed or denied tax-exempt 501(c)(3) applications from conservative groups to prevent them from participating in the 2012 election, followed by IRS agent Lois Lerner invoking her Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination.  (No charges have been filed of any wrong doing by any government officials in this case.)

Fast and Furious (2010): this ATF program, which seems to have served no rational purpose, allowed over 2,000 guns to be purchased illegally inside the United States and then “walked” into Mexico for use by criminals, one of which was later used in the 2010 murder of Border Agent Brian Terry by the member of a Mexican cartel

Associated Press Spying (2012): the Department of Justice illegally seized the communications of AP reporters made during April and May 2012, allowing the DOJ to unmask journalists’ confidential sources

Clinton Foundation Pay-for-Play (2009-2013): during the period in which Hillary Clinton held the office of Secretary of State, the Clinton Foundation and Bill Clinton received millions of dollars in paid speaking fees and a million dollar “gift”from countries involved in matters with the State Department, many of which had ties to terrorism and human rights abuses; some of these funds were apparently diverted from charitable causes to personal expenses, such as Chelsea Clinton’s 2010 wedding.

Russian Uranium Deal (2009-2013): Hillary Clinton’s State Department approved a deal allowing a Russian company to control 20% of the uranium mining production capacity inside the United States, which was followed by millions of dollars in donations to the Clinton Foundation from people associated with the transaction.  This past week information was reported that prior to the Obama administration approving the very controversial deal in 2010 giving Russia 20% of America’s Uranium through the approved sale of Uranium One, the FBI had evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were involved in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering in order to benefit Vladimir Putin, says a report by The Hill.  Mueller was the head of the FBI at this time!  He was even hand picked by Hillary Clinton to hand over uranium to Russia on an airport tarmac at this time.

Clinton Private Email Server (2009-2013): during her entire tenure as Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton dodged Freedom of Information Act requirements by using a private email server to conduct official government business, as well as sent and received classified information that was Top Secret over an unsecured system—an “extremely reckless” (and obviously illegal) act.”

Mueller by not upholding the law in these cases above created a two-tiered system of law in the US – Laws for the political elite and laws for everyone else.

Mueller’s acceptance of the lead role in the investigation into Russia is another obvious example of his corrupt and criminal tendencies.  Based on numerous accounts he has obvious conflicts of interest and even liberal publications like the USA Today have called for Mueller to step down as special prosecutor because of his conflicts of interest with the investigation he is carrying on.  Now we know he took over the investigation in spite of his criminal activities in covering up the FBI investigation into Uranium One.  A person of integrity would easily have seen his conflicts of interest and would recuse himself.

There are now speculations that Mueller was hired by Rosenstein to cover up their illegal actions related to Uranium One.  It’s also suspected that Mueller is spending like a drunken sailor on the investigation.  Also, it is now clear that the dossier used as evidence to spy on Trump and create the special investigation was promoted by the Clintons and is totally based on lies from a company (Fusion) known for slanderous reporting.

The entire team Mueller has hired to assist in the Russia investigation is former Obama and Clinton related attornies. Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s attorneys are a Who’s Who of Liberal Activism.

Here is a summary of the Mueller team:

  • Robert Mueller – Special Counsel Team leader. — Best friend to fired leaker James Comey a key witness in the case and cohort at the FBI in assisting Mueller with many of the cases noted above.
  • Rush Atkinson, an attorney on detail from the Criminal Division’s Fraud Section at the Department of Justice
    — Donated $200 to Clinton in 2016
  • Peter Carr – DOJ spokesman under Barack Obama.
  • Andrew Goldstein, a public corruption prosecutor on detail from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York
Worked under Trump-basher Preet Bharara in the liberal New York southern district.
  • Adam Jed, an appellate attorney on detail from DOJ’s Civil Division. — Defended Obamacare at the DOJ.
  • Lisa Page, an attorney on detail from the FBI’s Office of the General Counsel and a former trial attorney with the Criminal Division’s Organized Crime and Gang Section – Investigated Ukrainian oligarch Dmitry Firtash, a one-time business partner of former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort, at the DOJ.
  • Elizabeth Prelogar, an appellate attorney on detail from the Office of the Solicitor General. -Fluent in Russian; former law clerk to Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Elena Kagan.
  • James Quarles, a former partner at WilmerHale and a former assistant special prosecutor for the Watergate Special Prosecution Force. –Former assistant special prosecutor on the Watergate Special Prosecution Force.
  • Jeannie Rhee, a former partner at WilmerHale who has served in the Office of Legal Counsel at DOJ and as an assistant U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia. — Rhee is a Clinton Foundation Lawyer and former Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Legal Counsel under Barack Obama.
  • Brandon Van Grack, an attorney on detail from the Justice Department’s National Security Division.
    — Led a grand jury inquiry in Northern Virginia scrutinizing former Trump associate Michael Flynn’s foreign lobbying.
  • Andrew Weissmann, who is on detail from the Criminal Division’s Fraud Section and who has served as general counsel at the FBI and as an assistant U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York. — Weissmann donated $2,300 to the Obama Victory Fund in 2008, $2,000 to the DNC in 2006 and at least $2,300 to the Clinton campaign in 2007.
  • Aaron Zebley, a former partner at WilmerHale who has previously served with Mueller at the FBI and has served as an assistant U.S. attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia. — Worked with Robert Mueller at the WilmerHale firm.
  • Aaron Zelinsky, an attorney on detail from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of Maryland. — Worked under Assistant AG Rod Rosenstein in Maryland.
  • Zainab Ahmad, a top national security prosecutor on detail from U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of New York.
  • Michael Dreeben, an appellate attorney on detail from the Office of the Solicitor General, described by former colleagues as one of the brightest criminal law experts of the past two generations.

It is very clear that Mueller is an extremely dishonest, bad and morally corrupt cop who should not only recuse himself from the Russia investigation, he should be under investigation himself for all of the above items.  It appears he leaked information to CNN to curtail the focus on his corrupt actions and inactions.

God, please help bring this country some justice!  Help us lock up corrupt and criminal Mueller and the rest of the Deep State!

Investigations into former FBI director James Comey, and into previous FBI director Robert Mueller (now the Special Counsel trying to take down President Trump) show astounding conflicts of interest

Investigations into the financial holdings of James B. Comey and former FBI Director Robert S. Mueller reveal astounding conflicts of interest. These relationships absolutely should have stopped them from being offered the top law enforcement job in the country.

Comey was the FBI director since 2013 when he replaced 12-year director Robert S. Mueller — who was chief counsel for London-based bank HSBC which was exposed in 2015 for sheltering $100 billion in client funds in murky offshore tax havens populated by drug dealers, money launderers, and arms traffickers.

Comey also served as chief counsel for Bridgewater Associates, the largest hedge fund in the world. In 2012, Comey’s Bridgewater salary was $6,632,616 just before taking over the helm at the FBI. In his first year at the FBI, he received another $3.3 million in Bridgewater severance cash outs. A year later, his net worth jumped up to $34 million. Comey also disclosed direct holdings in IBM Eclipse Foundation members: Verizon, Intel, Emerson Electric, Microsoft, Qualcomm, AT&T, Apple, HP, Morgan Stanley, Lockheed Martin, JPMorgan, Wells Fargo, none of which has ever been disclosed or caused him to recuse himself in any legal matter.

Comey was a director of the London money launderer extraordinaire, HSBC. Even the Clinton Foundation website boasts about HSBC donations. This fact alone disqualifies Comey from involvement in any Hillary Clinton investigation.

Comey and Mueller both completely corrupt

Mueller held Defenders Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund LLC and Mellon Optima L/S Strategy Fund LLC. These “funds of funds” invest in other’s hedge funds. Mueller’s exclusive funds were not open to the public. The minimum investment in several of the funds of funds is $10,000,000. But as HSBC whistleblower Hervé Falciani revealed in 2015, many are secret havens for money laundering, arms trafficking, and tax evasion.

Both Mueller hedge funds were managed by Mellon Bank of New York (BNY). No less than ten (10) BNY directors were shared between Mueller’s Defenders and Mellon Optima funds. Tellingly, the FBI never prosecuted any of these BNY Ponzi schemers associated with Mueller’s defenders hedge fund or Comey’s actions with Bridgewater.

Even while U.S. Attorney in San Francisco, Mueller worked to cover-up the Oklahoma City bombing, Waco, and Ruby Ridge evidence by changing the rules of evidence so that the FBI and prosecution did not have to share as much evidence with defense attorneys in the cases as would have been required in the past. He changed the Brady rules of evidence in concert with the U.S. prosecutor Beth Wilkinson in the McVeigh and Nichols case who had assumed a position in the same department at Department of Justice that Mueller had worked earlier.

Mueller was brought into D.C. to head the transition team for Ashcroft, whereupon he proceeded to steer Ashcroft through the cover-ups by FBI and DOJ on the Oklahoma City bombing case. Mueller did such a superb job that Ashcroft personally nominated Mueller to Bush for FBI director to help perpetuate the FBI and DOJ cover-ups of Waco, Ruby Ridge, and the Oklahoma City bombing.

Mueller was also involved in covering up the Noriega, BCCI, and BNL banking scandals of Bush Senior. Mueller worked closely at several points with Larry Potts, the former Deputy Director of the FBI, who was kicked out of the FBI for lying about the FBI having Vickie Weaver murdered.

Congress investigated Mueller’s and the FBI’s handling of memos from FBI agents Coleen Rowley and Ken Williams before the 9/11 attacks about the Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda connections to hijacker pilots training in the U.S.  Mueller’s ties to the Saudis and BCCI are especially troubling because the FBI had been ordered not to investigate Saudi businessmen, Saudi Royals, and government officials that had been backing Al-Qaeda, Hamas, and Bin Laden in their efforts to attack the U.S.

Mueller was Acting Deputy Director of the DOJ from January through May, went home for a month, and was then nominated to head the FBI. The Judiciary Committee and the Senate acted on Mueller’s nomination and within 2 weeks he was confirmed, but then it took over a month to swear him in as FBI director, just in time for the 9/11 attacks creating plausible deniability for the new director.

Comey’s FBI and Lynch’s Justice Department always stubbornly refused to prosecute heinous criminal acts of the Obama Administration. America, and especially Washington D. C., has become LAWLESS.  Comey is the King of Lawlessness in America.  Here is a short list of unprosecuted crimes that Comey ignores or outright supports.

  • Hillary Clinton Benghazi gun running
  • Ambassador Steven’s death
  • Eric Holder’s Fast and Furious gun running
  • Hillary’s private server espionage and treason
  • Bush and Clinton bank bailouts
  • Bombing seven sovereign nations without congressional approval
  • Obama’s IBM Eclipse Foundation’s social networking patent theft
  • James Clapper’s illegal NSA/CIA/FBI surveillance and his perjury before Congress
  • Obama’s energy company subsidies
  • Obama’s misuse of banker fines to support liberal activist groups
  • Obama’s theft of Fannie May and Freddie Mac
  • Obama’s IRS targeting of conservatives
  • Obama and Clinton’s confiscations from the Bureau of Land Management
  • Planned Parenthood eugenics and baby parts trafficking
  • Gold, silver, and LIBOR rate rigging
  • Ignoring “missing person” reports and supporting human trafficking
  • Clinton Foundation theft of $2 billion under the guise of a Presidential Library fund
  • Hillary taking money from foreign nations while Secretary of State
  • Maintaining open borders and sanctuary cities
  • Refugee trafficking and fraud
  • Allowing overstayed visas of more than one million people
  • Non-enforcement of existing immigration laws

It would take too much time and too many pages to make a complete listing of the Comey crimes that are well known. The scarier fact is that this list of 18 crimes is only the tip of the iceberg. These are just the crimes that are internet-available, and Comey is great at hiding details. Several of these crimes are some of the largest rip-offs of the America people in U.S. history.

It is well known is D.C. circles that Lockheed Martin is the military’s place to launder money for the Department of Defense and the CIA. Some say the missing $6 -10 trillion dollars from Pentagon accounting is shuffled through Lockheed Martin which can simply keep false inventories of fighter jets and hide hundreds of millions at the time. Just count the number of planes the government pays for, and then count the number delivered, and you will find the missing money. Each B-2 bomber cost $2 billion.

This list of Comey’s crimes ranges from “fixing” D.C. insider law suits to defending the biggest criminals in the world – the rogue CIA bankers who use HSBC and many other “CIA gold-backed banks” to conduct the business of the “company.”  The “company” is the inside name for the CIA whose job it is to maintain a destabilized geopolitical atmosphere where warlord bankers and brokers make huge profits from war-mongering.

Comey’s actions show that he is not an honest U.S. citizen. His actions are those of a traitor whose treasonous actions against the rule of law, the U.S. Constitution, and the U.S. Bill of Rights must be acknowledged and brought to justice. Comey belongs behind bars as you can see by the crimes shown below.

Patent Theft and Insider Trading.  Comey was general counsel at Lockheed Martin and is an active IBM Eclipse member. Comey and Lockheed were complicit in the patent theft of social networking and later using insider trading information to manipulate stocks.

Fixing Hillary Clinton’s Email Espionage.  In fact, the email server “probe” marked the third time Comey has investigated Bill or Hillary Clinton and found them innocent even before a formal investigation was conducted.

Fixing Clinton Whitewater Investigation.  In the mid-1990s, Comey joined the Senate Whitewater Committee as a deputy special counsel to investigate allegations that the Clintons took part in a fraud connected to an Arkansas real estate venture gone bust. No charges were ever brought against either Clinton thanks to Comey.

Fixed the Pardon of Robert Palmer.  In his last days in office, Bill Clinton pardoned 450 people. One of those pardoned was Robert Palmer who pleaded guilty for his part in the Clinton’s “Whitewater” scandal.

Fixed the Pardon of Marc Rich.  Marc Rich fled the U.S. to Switzerland to evade $100’s of millions in taxes on his commodity trading profits.  Rich’s ex-wife Denise made donations to the Democratic Party, the Clinton Library and Hillary Clinton’s 2000 Senate campaign as part of a plan to get Rich off the hook.

Failed to Recuse Himself.  Comey himself had overseen Rich’s prosecution between 1987 and 1993 so he should have recused himself from an investigation of Rich or Clinton.

Fixed Hillary’s Vote Rigging.  In 2002, Comey was the United States attorney for the Southern District of New York and was investigating a case involving the Clintons and suddenly, with very little explanation, closed the case. The case was concerning the infamous New Square Four, who were convicted of bilking the government out of tens of millions of dollars.

Fixed Clinton’s “Donations for Pardons.”  Comey oversaw the criminal investigation into the 176 last minute pardons that Bill Clinton made on his last day in office. Many of the pardon recipients, including Rich, had donated to Hillary Clinton’s 2000 Senate campaign and to Bill Clinton’s presidential library. Comey found no criminal wrongdoing.

False Accusations about Khobar Towers Bombing.  Comey lead the team of investigators who determined that Iran had bombed the Khobar Towers in Saudi Arabia.  Later it was found that Al-Qaeda was responsible. This false accusation was much in line with Mueller’s false accusation that Al-Qaeda was responsible for the 911 attacks.

Fixing Clinton’s Part in 9/11.  In 2004, Comey as Attorney General of the Justice Department limited the scope of the criminal investigation of Sandy Berger, which left out former Clinton administration officials who may have coordinated with Berger in his removal and destruction of classified records from the National Archives. The documents were relevant to accusations that the Clinton administration was negligent in the build-up to the 9/11 terrorist attack.

Fixed the Sandy Berger Theft.  As Deputy Attorney General, Comey was involved in the investigation of Sandy Berger who removed classified documents from the National Archives that should have been turned over to the independent commission investigating the 9/11 terror attacks. Berger pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge and was fined $50,000.

Fixed Clinton’s Continued Use of Berger.  Messages found stored on Clinton’s private email server show that Berger – a convicted thief of classified documents – had been advising Clinton while she served as secretary of state and had access to emails containing classified information. Comey did nothing about it.

Illegal Surveillance of Americans.  In 2006, Comey refused to certify the legality of aspects of the NSA surveillance program. The certification was required under White House procedures for the program to continue. Comey refused to answer the Senate Judiciary Committee’s questions over the question. Comey met directly with President Bush who gave his support for making changes in the surveillance program. That program continued to surveil all Americans illegally with Comey’s approval.

Condones Torture.  In 2005, as Deputy Attorney General, Comey endorsed a memorandum approving the use of 13 enhanced interrogation techniques, including waterboarding and sleep deprivation for up to 180 hours, for use by the CIA when interrogating suspects.

Fixing Crimes for Lockheed.  In 2005, Comey became the General Counsel and Senior Vice President for Lockheed Martin, the U.S. Department of Defense’s largest contractor. Under Comey’s direction and influence, Lockheed continued to break many laws and rip-off the Pentagon mercilessly. There are 58 cases for Lockheed involving more than $600 million in fines, damages and other payments that are registered. When President Obama nominated Comey to become FBI director in 2013, Comey promised the United States Senate that he would recuse himself on all cases involving former employers. But Comey earned $6 million in one year alone from Lockheed Martin. Lockheed Martin became a Clinton Foundation donor that very year. Lockheed Martin is a Clinton Foundation donor. Lockheed became a Clinton Global Initiative member in 2010. In 2010, Lockheed Martin won 17 approvals for private contracts from the Hillary Clinton State Department. Comey needed to recuse himself from any case involving the Clintons, but he didn’t.

Allowing Illegal Accounting.  In 2005, about two weeks after meeting with Comey personally, the KPMG legal team was told that Comey and Gonzales decided against an indictment of the firm. This sent a message to the Big Four public accounting firms, KPMG, Deloitte, EY and PwC. The largest global public accounting firms are now, as a result of their decision, considered “too few to fail” by the Justice Department and SEC.

Lying to Congress.  In his July, 2013, FBI confirmation hearing, Comey said that the oversight mechanisms of the U.S. government have sufficient privacy protections even though the Chinese had hacking almost every department in Washington and stolen military secrets, personnel information, and blue-prints to military aircraft and weapons.

Illegal Surveillance by FBI.  Comey requested Google, Facebook, Apple, Cisco and others to install a “back door” for U.S. surveillance agencies to use.

All of the above to James Comey are simply described as “just another day at the office.”
