Palestinian message to USA: We hate you and will incite others against you, but we expect you to continue to provide us with billions in cash while we spit in your face

Greetings from another peace-loving MuslimPalestinians continue to convey conflicting messages about their attitude towards US President Donald Trump’s administration. On one side, they are condemning the Trump administration for its decision to cut all US aid to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA); on the other, the Palestinians are opposed to any plan by the US administration to provide them with financial aid and improve their living conditions.

This Palestinian stance is not only bad-faith double-dealing, it also reflects the state of confusion and uncertainty among the Palestinian leadership in Ramallah in particular and the Palestinian public in general.

In reality, the Palestinians have one main message for the US administration: We hate you and will always incite others against you, but we fully expect that you will continue providing us with cash, to the tune of billions of dollars. And, when you do try to help us, we reserve the right to spit in your face.

This is the message — despite much duplicitous obfuscation — that the Palestinians have long sought to communicate the US.

Now to the facts.

Earlier this week, Palestinians staged a protest in Ramallah against the Trump administration’s decision to halt US aid to UNRWA. During the protest outside America House (the educational and cultural center belonging to the US Consulate General in the de facto capital of the Palestinians, Ramallah), the Palestinians burned photos of Trump and some of his senior representatives, including US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman and presidential advisors Jared Kushner and Jason Greenblatt. The protesters chanted slogans condemning the Trump administration as being “fully complicit” with Israel in its “aggression and war” on the Palestinians.

In other words, the Palestinian protesters, who included senior officials of Palestinian Authority (PA) President Mahmoud Abbas’s ruling Fatah faction, are demanding that the US continue to fund Palestinian “refugees” through UNRWA. The message the protesters sent to the Trump administration is: Look, we burn the photos of your president and top officials and we hate you, so kindly continue to give us hundreds of millions of dollars every year.

As recently noted in this space, in Arabic this is called wakaha (impudence or audacity). It takes a lot of wakaha to spit in someone’s face and then reach your hand out to beg for money.

A day after that protest in Ramallah, Palestinian protesters in east Jerusalem tried to prevent a group of Palestinian businessmen from attending a meeting organized by the US Consulate General. Guess who led the protest against the meeting, which was obviously aimed at benefiting the Arab residents of Jerusalem? Activists belonging to Fatah, Abbas’s faction: Shadi Mtour and Awad Salaymeh. The protesters gathered outside the Notre Dame Hotel, just across the street from the Old City’s New Gate, and tried to prevent the businessmen from entering the premises.

Mtour claimed that the meeting organized by the US Consulate General was an attempt to “bypass the Palestinian leadership” in Ramallah. “This is unacceptable because we support the official Palestinian position to boycott the US administration,” he said. He claimed that some of the businessmen turned away when they encountered the protesters. However, Mtour expressed deep disappointment that others chose to ignore the protest and proceeded to attend the meeting. “Shame on them and anyone who agrees to compromise on Jerusalem,” he added.

Salaymeh, for his part, accused the Palestinian participants of promoting “normalization” with Israel and the US. The US and Israel, he said, are “two sides of the same coin.”

Just in case no one noticed: both Mtour and Salaymeh belong to Fatah, the faction that dominates and controls the Palestinian Authority. The entire existence of Fatah relies heavily on financial aid from the US, EU and other Western donors.

So, while the protesters in Ramallah were demanding that the US rescind its decision to cut off its funding to UNRWA, Abbas’s men in east Jerusalem were trying to block a US-sponsored meeting to discuss ways of helping the Palestinian economy.

This was not the first incident in which Palestinians rejected an attempt by the Americans to help them. Last July, Palestinians thwarted a planned visit to the city of Nablus in the West Bank by a US consular delegation. The planned engagement was part of an ongoing US commitment to improve cooperation and expand economic opportunities for Palestinians. The visit was cancelled out of concern for the safety of the US delegates, after Palestinian protesters threatened to foil the meeting and called for boycotting the visiting delegation.

To add to the confusion regarding the Palestinian position towards the US, it was revealed this week that a senior Palestinian security and intelligence delegation had recently visited Washington for talks with CIA officials.

Abbas and the Palestinian leadership have not denied the report concerning the visit. But wait, haven’t Abbas and his officials been boycotting the Trump administration since the US president’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital in December 2017?

Obviously, Abbas and the Palestinian leadership have no reasoned strategy regarding the US administration. Their conflicting message and actions are yet another sign of the absence of any real Palestinian vision. What is clear, however, is that the Palestinians’ anti-US rhetoric will make it harder for them in the future to be considered by the Americans as reliable and trustworthy partners for any peace process with Israel.

Abbas and his top officials in Ramallah evidently want to have it both ways — to continue their incitement against the Trump administration while being bankrolled by US taxpayer money. This incitement, meanwhile, is whipping up anti-US sentiment among Palestinians and many other Arabs, who now refer to the US as the #1 enemy of Arabs and Muslims. From here, the path to violence and terrorism against US citizens in the Middle East is very short.

Burning photos of Trump and senior US administration officials on the streets of Palestinian cities should be considered not only offensive, but effectively an act of war against Americans. Abbas and company would do well to learn that when they spit in the well they drink from, the water they draw will be bitter indeed.

Radical Islam creates “dire” threat to Jewish residents of Europe, according to US government leaders

Radical Islam creats havoc in Europe

A congressional human rights commission heard testimony from experts on how Islamic radicalization in Europe has ramped up risk for Jewish communities.
“ISIS especially hates the Jewish people and has instructed its followers to prioritize killing them,” Rep. Chris Smith, R-N.J., the chairman of the U.S. Helsinki Commission, said Tuesday, launching the hearing he called in the wake of recent attacks in Europe, and referring to the Islamic State terrorist group behind some of the recent major attacks in Europe.
John Farmer, a former New Jersey attorney general who now leads a Rutgers University initiative to assess how to protect communities vulnerable to terrorism, said terrorist attacks were threatening the viability of Jewish Europe.
“The situation on the ground has become dire, the challenge to the Jewish communities has become nothing less than existential,” he said. “Many stalwart [Jewish] leaders have become ambivalent about remaining in Europe at all.”
Reported separately, Islamic State terrorists are plotting to carry out biological and nuclear attacks on Europe, warned NATO security experts on Wednesday, according to reports by the Telegraph.

NATO security chiefs told participants of the Security and Counter Terror Conference in London that there is a ‘justified concern’ that Islamic State militants are actively working to obtain nuclear, radiological and biological materials.

According to the experts, ISIS operatives are also developing new ways to avoid security measures to carry out bombings. These methods include planting bombs in human bodies and hacking self-driving cars, reported the Telegraph.

Is the fight against radical, murdering, Muslim barbarians, or just against “extremists”?

Ignoring the truth has deadly consequences.

The Obama Administration says we’re not at war with jihadist Muslims, but with “extremism.”

Secretary of State Kerry recently said terrorist armies, which are slaughtering Christians, aren’t motivated by radical Islam, but by “thrill-seeking.”

Even Democrats in Congress agree this is absurd.

One Democrat Congresswoman – an Iraq War vet – sarcastically responded, “If that’s really the cause, … give them … a skateboard so they can go and get their thrills.”

But Obama’s position isn’t just ludicrous; it’s dangerous for America.  We cannot defeat an enemy we refuse to name.

At the ACLJ, our law of war team has been aggressively fighting in the halls of Congress, the U.N., and the media to raise the alarm about radical Islam.

Take action with us.  Make the Obama Administration listen.

NORM ‘n’ AL Note: Why is Mr. Obama so absolutely determined to avoid confrontation with murdering Muslims? Is he simply a coward? Is he afraid of what the Muslims are capable of? Is he so much a Muslim himself that he just cannot oppose his own religion? We suggest that his years in office thus far show the answer to all of these questions is YES. Why do we not openly declare war on “murdering, radical Islam wherever we find it in the world,” and let our military loose to put these people out of their misery? They tell us their (false) religion directs them to seek death. They prove to us repeatedly that they have no respect whatever for life. If they cherish death and seek it, let’s give it to them. Are we going to wait until a few planeloads of radicals with murder in their eyes finally land here in the US…after dropping bombs on Washington or New York as they fly over? We cannot stop them from simply walking into the US over our southern border; it is the ultimate foolishness to think we can stop them from entering the US by other means, and in force, if they are determined to do so.

From the UN, a shameful and misdirected assault on a law-abiding nation, Israel. From the US, an inexcusable lack of direction and strategy. From ISIS, only barbarism and a continued focus on conquest.

ISIS is killing civilian Christians in Iraq by beheading them.

Hamas terrorist rockets have killed Israeli civilians including children, and are routinely launched from Gaza civilian centers in an effort to increase world sympathy for a barbaric people.

Yet the United Nations is nearly silent in the face of all this genocide.

Instead, the U.N. is focusing on investigating Israel – not the terrorists – for war crimes. Israel IS NOT THE ENEMY.  ISIS and Hamas are. Israel is lawfully defending its citizens against Muslim aggression.

ISIS is committing barbaric acts against Christians on a daily basis. ISIS continues to prove it has no regard for human life — Christian, Jewish, or Muslim.

Mr. ObummerThe U.N. assault on Israel is shameful. Mr. Obama’s lack of strategy to deal with jihadists is inexcusable.

ISIS declares war on Israel, on the US, on any country which is not Muslim, and we do nothing but reply with a few air strikes? Have we forgotten how to deal with an enemy nation which declares, over and over, “we are coming for you”? In the second World War, it took an atomic bomb to get the enemy’s attention. What will it take today to get the attention of an enemy who has not hesitated to kill Americans by beheading them on world-wide TV? America needs to understand that the ONLY REASON we are not seeing Hamas rockets landing on US soil is that they cannot yet send them this far. What they CAN DO is send us their terrorists in person. They are doing that every day…while we try to assemble a “strategy.” When we see airliners plowing into the NEW World Trade Center building, the one that is only now being completed for occupancy, will that spur the USA into action?

At the ACLJ, we’re focusing considerable resources to pressure the U.N. into confronting jihadists. We’ve sent numerous letters to top U.N. officials, detailing ISIS’s ongoing atrocities and Hamas’s war crimes.

We’re going to shame the U.N. into action. We will not stand silent as Christians are slaughtered and Israel is bombarded with unguided explosives in further attempts to “wipe it off the map.”

Take action with us.

The destruction on 9-11-2001 was not enough…radical Muslim group now attacks the 9-11 Memorial Museum in Manhattan…

New York is yet again under attack and needs the rallying of American heroes from sea to shining sea, to surround her, support her and protect her as they did on 9/12 2001.

The public relations arm of the Muslim Brotherhood in America, or (CAIR) The Council on American-Islamic Relations, has launched a campaign to bring down a 7-minute film entitled, “The Rise of Al Qaeda.” This short film is set to show at the opening, next month, of the September 11 Memorial and Museum at the very location where the World Trade Center once stood. Make no mistake — the 9/11 Memorial Museum is under attack!

CAIR is well known for its exploits and PR campaigns against anyone critical of Muslims or Islam. They are not interested in the truth, they are not interested in accurate history; they are interested only in self-preservation and nothing less. Like Al Qaeda, they launch attacks on the innocent while hiding behind facades of concern by making false claims and then crying bigotry and Islamophobia to frighten the timid.

If this current PR campaign doesn’t achieve its ends by getting entities like the 9/11 Memorial to buckle to their pressure, then an alternative game plan in their war on America, legal action, will be employed to attempt to achieve their goals.

So what’s their beef?

islam2This time CAIR working to whitewash history by requesting the removal of the words “Islamists” and “jihad” from the main video on “who” attacked America on 9/11 2001. These terms refer to the ideology, the mindset of the terrorists, which CAIR is trying to bury. CAIR fantasizes that the devout Muslims who perpetrated the acts of terror on 9/11 have no basis for their actions in Islam. But I beg to differ.

Let’s take a look at just a few examples that seem to justify the actions of Al Qaeda:
Qur’an 2:191 “Slay the unbelievers wherever you find them.”
Qur’an 9:123 “O you who believe! fight those of the unbelievers who are near to you and let them find in you hardness.”
Qur’an – 5:51 “O you who believe! do not take the Jews and the Christians for friends; they are friends of each other.”
Qur’an 9:5 “When opportunity arises, kill the infidels wherever you catch them.”
Qur’an 3:85 “Any religion other than Islam is not acceptable.”
Qur’an 9:30 “The Jews and the Christians are perverts; fight them.”
Qur’an 5:33 “Maim and crucify the infidels if they criticize Islam”
Qur’an 9:28 “The infidels are unclean; do not let them into a mosque.”
Qur’an 9:29 “Fight Those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the Religion of Truth, form among the People of the Book, until they pay Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.”
Qur’an 22:19 “Punish the unbelievers with garments of fire, hooked iron rods, boiling water; melt their skin and bellies.”
Qur’an 8:65 “The unbelievers are stupid; urge the Muslims to fight them.”
Qur’an 3:28 “Muslims must not take the infidels as friends.”
Qur’an 8:12 “Terrorize and behead those who believe in scriptures other than the Qur’an.”
Qur’an 8:60 “Muslims must muster all weapons to terrorize the infidels.”
Qur’an 47:4 “Do not hanker for peace with the infidels; behead them when you catch them.”
Qur’an 48:29 “Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and those who are with him are severe against disbelievers, and merciful among themselves.”
Sahih Muslim 33 – “I have been commanded to fight against people till they testify that there is no god but Allah.”
Sahih Muslim 4366 – “I will expel the Jews and Christians from the Arabian Peninsula and will not leave any but Muslims.”

Given these facts, it is completely appropriate for the 9/11 museum to use the term “jihadist” and “jihad” to describe Al Qaeda terrorists and their actions. After all, in World War II, Nazis were referred to as Nazis, because they themselves claimed to be Nazis. It is the same with those who commit acts of terror in the name of jihad. Further, being historically accurate absolutely does not tarnish the image of all Muslims, as CAIR claims.

9-11 Memorial Museum logo

No one ever thought of all Japanese as Kamikazes or all Germans as Blitzkriegers — even during WWII. And no American today thinks that all Muslims are Jihadists. Americans are decent people who bend over backwards to make sure these issues are dealt with in a sensitive caring manner. Or, as in the case of an NBA owner who says ugly racist things about African-Americans — has them fired and fined.

It would be a tragic mistake if the 9/11 Memorial and Museum was to whitewash accurate information about those who perpetrated this evil attack against America. History must be portrayed in context — if for no other reason than to help prevent it from happening again to an ignorant generation who fails to understand the enemy America faced in 2001. Scrubbing these words from the film only increases the chance of history repeating itself.

Removing accurate descriptions of those who perpetrated this heinous crime not only would be factually incorrect, it would be a slap in the face of all Americans.

Beyond that, if Jihad truly means inner “struggle” and not warfare to establish the religion globally, how does CAIR explain the names of terrorist organizations such as these?

• Harkat-ul-Jihad al-Islami (Pakistan, Bangladesh, India)
• Islamic Front for Armed Jihad (Algeria)
• Islamic Jihad for the Liberation of Palestine (Lebanon)
• Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine (Israel)
• Islamic Jihad Organization (Lebanon)
• Islamic Jihad Union (Uzbekistan)
• Jama’at al-Jihad al-Islami (Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Russia)
• Laskar Jihad (Indonesia)
• United Jihad Council (India)

No one can deny the fact that there is a connection between Islam and Jihad and between Jihad and terrorism. The reality is clear: jihad is a fundamental tenet of Islam. Saying anything less would be dishonest.

This is America’s chance to once again stand up and support New York and rally to her cries for help. The National September 11 Memorial and Museum officials must hear what the rest of America thinks about this issue, otherwise the only ones they will hear from are groups like CAIR, and those who care more about their community of faith than the country in which they live. To erase these terms from the 9/11 video is to erase part of the truth of history, and the reason thousands of innocent Americans died on that tragic day.
