The markets will line up for you today’s rare commodities. Probably the rarest is TRUTH.

Truth is an extremely rare commodity.

In this age of fake news, dishonest and lying politicians who

refuse to put country above personal gain, and corporations

focused only on the bottom line rather than principles, you

must insist on TRUTH in all your dealings. But first you

must FIND the truth. There is a source of truth which

has stood the test of time. One source. Only one.

We can easily help you verify the above statement.

When you have questions, we have answers.  We’d like to show you that God is real, Jesus is who He claimed to be, and the Holy Spirit can become the most indispensable source of knowledge and strength you will ever encounter in your entire earthly life.

We hope you have an inquiring, honest mind.  (Honest of mind does not mean we won’t welcome skeptics and doubters. We most certainly will, and always have.)

Remember, though…because God is real, hell is real too.

There is still time to choose your eternity…but not a lot of time.

White House extremism summit shows one thing: Obama still in denial…

The White House has placed a lot of importance on their Summit on Violent Extremism this week, but it became quickly apparent that nothing will change. In a gathering of leaders meant to identify ways to prevent youth radicalization and respond to attacks such as the ones in Paris and Copenhagen, the president continues to deny the truth behind the terrorism.

“No religion is responsible for terrorism — people are responsible for violence and terrorism,” Obama said on Wednesday. “They are not religious leaders. They are terrorists. We are not at war with Islam — we are at war with people who have perverted Islam.”

This is actually closer to the mark than the president has been in some time, but it’s discouraging that he makes this distinction every time he gets by a microphone. It is certainly important that we make young Muslims understand that we aren’t going to start bombing mosques, but there is no doubt that ISIS is serious about their religious convictions. Whether those convictions match the widespread Islamic faith or not is largely irrelevant. That there is something about this religion that apparently makes it very easy to “pervert” into something this evil…that’s a matter worthy of examination.

No such examination will be taking place at the summit this week, however. Insisting that “there is no one profile of a violent extremist,” Obama is going to walk us into the lion’s den across the bridge of political correctness. Far more important that we not offend the delicate ears of peaceful Muslims than it is to get serious about confronting this threat.

“There’s no way to predict who will become radicalized,” he says. Sure there is. When your average white boy from suburbia picks up the Quran and starts growing a long beard, you should probably get concerned. When your moderate Muslim neighbor starts devoting all his time to watching weird YouTube videos and reading Islamic scripture, you should probably sound the alarm bells. But the president can’t say that, because that would be too close to blaming Islam for all of this terrorism.

“Al Qaeda and ISIL and groups like it are desperate for legitimacy. They try to portray themselves as religious leaders, holy warriors in defense of Islam,” said Obama. “We must never accept the premise that they put forth because it is a lie.”

Is it a greater lie than the one propagated by Obama and his liberal establishment? Deny their legitimacy all you want, there’s no question that they believe wholeheartedly in their cause. That doesn’t make them “legitimate.” That doesn’t make their version of Islam the true one. But it does mean that you’re not going to solve this problem by providing jobs to disaffected Muslim youths. This is a war that can only be won with force.

[from Patriot News Daily]

NORM ‘n’ AL Note:  Obama refuses to be clear as to who the Islamic terrorists are. He has even told us that “the Islamic State is not Islamic.”  He was crystal clear when he called the Tea Party RADICALS, Christian conservatives EXTREMISTS, and the Republicans in Congress TERRORISTS. There was absolutely no doubt who Obama was talking about. Given this administration’s propensity towards obfuscation, when Obama says we are at war with RADICAL EXTREMISTS, how do we know he is not referring to Republicans, Christians, and the Tea Party?

“Allah has revealed Islam to be the religion of the sword, and the evidence for this is so profuse that only a heretic would argue otherwise.”

Obama and a host of others insist that Islam is a religion of peace. The Islamic State, which they claim has nothing to do with Islam, quotes the Quran copiously to establish that Islam is actually a religion of the sword that calls for permanent war against Infidels.

Islam claims it is NOT a religion of peace...“ISIS Upset with Obama, Kerry, ‘Heretics’ for ‘Slogan’ That Islam Is Religion of Peace,” by Bridget Johnson, PJ Media, February 12, 2015:

The new issue of ISIS’ magazine released today takes issue with Western leaders who assert that Islam is a religion of peace.

In the Dabiq magazine article, the writer said the wrongful “slogan” is also being used by “apologetic ‘du’āt’ [beggars] when flirting with the West.”

“They have repeated this slogan so much to the extent that some of them alleged that Islam calls to permanent peace with kufr and the kāfirīn. How far is their claim from the truth, for Allah has revealed Islam to be the religion of the sword, and the evidence for this is so profuse that only a zindīq (heretic) would argue otherwise,” the magazine states….

After a page worth of quotes from the Quran that “revealed the sword against the apostates,” the article asks, “So how can the zanādiqah (heretics) or even those who blindly follow them – Bush, Obama, and Kerry – obstinately claim that ‘Islam is a religion of peace,’ meaning pacifism?”…

It quotes more of the Quran, concluding “it is clear then that salām (peace) is not the basis of the word Islam, although it shares the same consonant root (s-l-m) and is one of the outcomes of the religion’s sword, as the sword will continue to be drawn, raised, and swung until ‘Īsā (Jesus – ‘alayhis-salām) kills the Dajjāl (the Antichrist) and abolishes the jizyah. Thereafter, kufr and its tyranny will be destroyed; Islam and its justice will prevail on the entire Earth.”
“…There will always be a party of Muslims fighting parties of kāfirīn until there is no more fitnah and the religion is completely for Allah alone.”  From the Quran: “And fight them until there is no fitnah and the religion, all of it, is for Allah” (8:39).

We must stop the madness…

Christians are suffering like never before.

The Christian Vicar of Baghdad said that Christians are suffering the “worst reality of religious persecution since the Holocaust.”

Yet President Obama and the United Nations still will not focus on the real threat.

If we do not act, ISIS terrorists will keep murdering Christians.

They will keep murdering Americans.

Instead of leading the world to destroy ISIS, President Obama merely wants to make it a “manageable problem.” Instead of uniting the world against ISIS, the U.N. is on a crusade to accuse Israel of war crimes for protecting its people from terrorists.

The madness must end.

We’re aggressively demanding action at the U.N. to stop the genocide of Christians and urging President Obama to confront jihad before it’s too late.

America must lead the fight to stop ISIS, protect Christians, and defend Israel. Take action with us.

US government continues to provide billions of dollars in aid to countries that burn churches, massacre worshippers, and now even crucify Christians…

Did you know that Christians are experiencing the greatest wave of persecution in history?

Did you know that Iraq has lost two-thirds of its Christian population since 2003?

Did you know that Muslim radicals are burning churches, massacring worshippers, and now even crucifying Christians?

And did you know that our government is tragically and inexcusably providing billions of dollars in aid to some of the world’s worst persecutors?

Amidst unprecedented persecution, it’s time for unprecedented action. It’s time for America to deliver a clear message: Not one dime for persecution.

We’re in a crisis, and we need a maximum diplomatic effort to protect the very existence of the Christian faith in the world’s most volatile regions. We’re fighting for freedom in Pakistan, Iran, Sudan, and across the Middle East and North Africa.

ISIS terrorists in Iraq are decimating Christians and destroying Christian landmarks.

Now these worse-than-al Qaeda jihadists reportedly have control of chemical weapons. If they are crucifying Christians in Syria, imagine what they would do to Christian towns with chemical weapons in Iraq.

In Nigeria, the radical terrorist group Boko Haram daily massacres Christians as they worship.

Never have we witnessed such violent persecution of Christians, even in this treacherous area of the world.

Christians are fleeing for their lives. Some estimate that there may be fewer than 50,000 Christians in Iraq in the next ten years if nothing changes.

Christians are being slaughtered. America, the land built on religious freedom, must take a stand. We cannot continue funding governments that perpetuate persecution.

Fight with us.

Persecuted Christians are fleeing Iran, finding hope and homes in Germany…

Iranian-born Muslims who converted to Christianity are breathing new spiritual life into communities across Germany, where they are fleeing to in increasing numbers to escape persecution back home.

Men and women, who have been sentenced to the lash or worse for apostasy – converting from Islam – are forming a thriving community of Christian ex-pats in German cities and towns. The Iranian immigrants seek asylum, or simply pay up to $30,000 to enter the country illegally with a fake passport, a new name and plans to start their lives over in new churches.

“The growing number of Iranian Christians fleeing their homeland to come to Germany should alarm us that Iran’s regime is getting more and more radicalized and repressive – on a daily basis,” Saba Farzan, a German-Iranian expert on human rights, told FoxNews.com.

Christians fleeing Iran...

A telling example of Iran’s heavy-handed crackdown on Christians is the case of a 40-something Iranian woman named Afsaneh. A spiritual display brought down the full force of Tehran’s hard-line regime.

“I was so excited about Christmas that I put up a tree in my home and work,” Afsaneh told The Guardian.

However, she along with her cousin would pay a steep price for their embrace of the Christian faith in the Sharia-dominated Islamic Republic. Iranian authorities imprisoned both converts and imposed more than 70 lashes on Afsaneh and her cousin for merely practicing Christianity.

After securing refuge in Germany, Afsaneh said she resents her homeland’s lack of freedom.

“I want Iran to have respect for my perspective, about what religion I choose,” she said. “Not just to tell me that I have to be a Muslim.”

The number of Iranian Christians fleeing to Germany has grown to nearly 4,500 in 2012 from less than 1,000 four years earlier, according to The Guardian. Although Germany is not the only destination for Iranian Christians fleeing from persecution, its strong economy make it more desirable than other choices, such as The Netherlands, Sweden and Austria.

Iranian immigrants have helped double the size of the congregation at House of God’s Help church in Berlin, church deaconess Rosemarie Götz told the Christian Broadcasting Network.

“It came like an unexpected summer rain,” Götz said. “Suddenly new people started coming every week and asked to be baptized.”

The flight from Iran underscores the divide between the Muslim and secular worlds, said Richard Landes, an associate professor of history and director and co-founder of the Center of Millennial Studies at Boston University.

“Nothing illustrates the contrast between the Muslim world and the West than Christians fleeing Iranian persecution,” Landes said. “On the one hand, the Iranians, poster-boys for a medieval religiosity that feels it only has honor by degrading and demeaning other religions; on the other, the West, whose ‘secular’ public sphere is actually welcoming to those seeking religious freedom.”

Hamid, a 37-year-old Iranian, fled the Islamic Republic year ago and is seeking asylum in Deininghausen, Germany. His case has garnered media attention because the German authorities want to send him back to Italy—his first country of origin into the European Union. The Free Evangelical Community in Deininghausen is working to secure him asylum.

His troubles in Iran began when authorities found a Bible in his desk. Fearing he and his family were at great risk, Hamid, his wife Maryam and their five-year-old son, Ayra, paid a smuggler nearly $25,000 to flee Iran.

Hamid told the German paper Ruhr Nachrichten that his family secretly converted from Islam to Christianity “because the idea of the grace of charity is more pronounced”  in the Christian faith.

“We must do everything in our power to help those endangered refugees by granting them asylum and at the same time by changing the situation on the ground,” Farzan, director of political studies at Institute for Middle Eastern Democracy, told FoxNews.com. “Not through continued fruitless talks, but through tougher policies against one of the worst human rights violators this world has seen. Only once the Iranian dictatorship learns that viciously oppressing religious groups has a price, Iranian Christians and many other religious minorities will be safe in their native country.”

With the help of Sadegh Sepehri, an Iranian minister based in Berlin and affiliated with the American Presbyterian mission agency, a burgeoning Iranian Christian community has found life free from religious persecution. He has baptized hundreds of Iranians, according to a report in The Guardian. The report noted that Iranian converts to Christianity in the East German city of Leipzig at St Luke’s Church now form one-third of the congregation.

According to a recent UN report by Dr. Ahmed Shaheed, UN special rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Iran, at least  49 Christians were being held in Iranian jails of January, 2014. In 2013, Iran’s regime arrested at least 42 Christians, of whom 35 were convicted for peaceful religious activities in house churches.

But amid the Iranians seeking religious asylum are emigrants who some believe could be using religion as pretext for escaping Iran. Church groups have rallied around Iranian Christians, helping to support them while they go through the application process. For some, an accepted application means the end of their relationship with the church.  “There were occasions where we were very deeply disappointed,” the Rev. Hugo Gevers, who works with Iranian converts in Leipzig at St Luke’s Church, told The Guardian. “We were supporting them for years, they had the court case and a positive answer and the same day they separated from us.”

Persecution of Christians reaches a new level in Pakistan…

According to the Pew Research Center, Christians are the most persecuted religious group in the world, with anti-Christian persecution reported in 110 countries in 2012 and 151 countries over the past six years.

In Pakistan, after a Christian named David Emanuel rented a house to Shaheen Kausar, a Muslim, the tenant fabricated an agreement and claimed she had purchased the property. The courts ruled that Emanuel was the legal owner. But Emanuel’s problems had only begun.

Shaheen had an affair, and she and her paramour murdered Shaheen’s husband. She blamed Emanuel, by now 75 years of age, along with his two sons for the murder, hoping to finally seize his property. The court agreed to grant bail to the Christians rather than force them to remain in prison for the duration of the case.

Shaheen’s wrongful onslaught continued. She filed a private complaint under Pakistani law against Emanuel and his sons. The judge dismissed it. Then she amended the complaint, and a higher court allowed the case to go to trial.

Mr. Emanuel, perhaps fortunately as he certainly knew his ultimate destination, died as all this was going on.

His legal team persuaded his tormentor, Shaheen Kausar, to negotiate a compromise with Emanuel’s sons. Under Pakistani law, a victim’s family may accept compensation from a wrongdoer in lieu of actual punishment. Though they were innocent (as was their father, the original victim), Emanuel’s sons believed a compromise might be the best way to settle the now years-long legal battle. They agreed to sell their father’s home to the Muslim woman for less than full value in exchange for an end to the legal problem.

Sadly, false accusations like this are commonplace as a form of persecution. False blasphemy, theft, and even murder charges are filed every day through simple accusations by private individuals. Because most Christians are poor and can’t afford to fight long legal battles, they give up their rights, property, even their liberty, often winding up in prison under false charges.
